Golden Detail | A Sculptural Antique
Cabriole legs ending in animal-hoof feet give this circa-1890 giltwood table an expressive silhouette. Diamond-pattern carving and floral ornament enrich the apron, while the deep-toned gilding lends warmth to the decorative woodwork.
Place it beside a sofa or between two occasional chairs, where its generous square surface can hold a lamp, books, and a favorite collected object. Paired with relaxed upholstery or contemporary art, it brings an inviting touch of antique grandeur to a room.
Dimensions: 32" W × 32" D × 28" H
Period: Circa 1890
Material: Carved giltwood
Condition: Good antique condition, with gentle wear consistent with age and use
