Line & Light | Cast Resin Sculpture, 2008
A cast resin sculpture by Joan Winter, composed of interlocking, ribbon-like loops that form an open, gestural orb. Translucent off-white surfaces lend the piece a quiet luminosity, with overlapping curves creating subtle shifts of light and shadow.
Presented on a custom white pedestal, it makes an elegant focal point in an entryway or living room. Allow space around it so the open form can be appreciated from different angles—a contemplative presence that brings movement to a still corner.
Sculpture: 24” W x 18” D x 16.5” H
Pedestal: 12” W x 12” D x 42” H
Overall Height: 58.5”
2008 | United States
Cast Resin with White-Painted Pedestal
Pedestal Included
Provenance: Purchased through Holly Johnson Gallery, Dallas
Condition: Good, with gentle wear to the sculpture and pedestal consistent with age and use.
